Custom Embroidery Options
Production Automation is pleased to announce that we are offering custom embroidered text on our in-stock smock selection! Now you can add your company’s name or your employee’s name to all your ESD Smocks!
Choose from four diffrent text styles, and an almost endless array of colors! We currently offer up to two lines of text to be located in a roughly 4″ x 4″ patch above the breast pocket. Other areas of a smock can be embroidered, but will require a quote and might extend the embroidery lead time. Lets take a closer look at the text styles we currently offer:
Script Style: Most Popular
This first style is the most popular style because it is the easiest to adjust, Although there is no set maximum letters per line, this style will make it easiest to make sure all characters will fit as desired.
Comic Sans Style: 2nd Popular
This style is also easily adjusted and done in more of a plain style text. Again, there are no set number of characters per line, but choosing this style will help ensure your lines will not have to be broken down into more lines.
Plain Text: 3rd Popular
This style of text is larger and thicker than the two styles offered above. It is not quite adjustable as the above styles either, meaning less characters will fit on a line. Recommended for shorter lines.
Times Style Text: 4th Popular
Again, this is a larger type of font, and the hardest to adjust. We recommend using this one with a single line of text.

At this time we cannot offer logo embroidery, only text. Logo embroidery is something Production Automation is interested in and would like to offer our customers in the near future.
